What this site is
My Productivity Calc provides free calculators and written guides about productivity measurement in rehabilitation therapy, for general information and planning. Using the site is free and needs no account.
What it is not
Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, billing, coding, legal, tax or employment advice. The calculators give estimates from the figures you enter. They can’t know your employer’s method, your payer’s rules or the employment law where you work.
Billing and compliance decisions belong to your billing department, your compliance team and current payer guidance. Employment questions belong with your professional association, your union or a qualified adviser.
Accuracy
We check every rule and figure against its source and show the arithmetic so you can check it too. Rules change, employers differ and mistakes are possible. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of figures from this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may use the calculators and read the guides freely, including at work, and you may link to any page. You may not republish the guides in whole or in substantial part without permission. You may not scrape the site at volume or present the content as your own.
